Common questions

Do the kids need to download an app?

No. They scan a code and color a fish right in their phone's browser — nothing to install.

Does anyone need an account?

No — only you, the host, sign in. The kids just scan and draw.

How many fish do we need?

Most kids draw 3–4 fish each. A Play Pass (20 fish) comfortably covers a playdate of 4–6 kids, and a Day Pass (50 fish) covers a whole birthday party.

Where do I find templates to print for the kids?

We have free printable coloring sheets — each is an A4 page with corner markers so your tank's camera can recognize it. Print one, let the kids color it, then scan it in to watch their creature swim in the reef.

What happens after a pass ends?

Your tank stops taking new fish, but it isn't gone — it stays in your account for 30 days. Grab another pass (or go Reef Plus) within that window to pick up right where you left off.

How long are my tank and fish kept?

Pass tanks are saved for 30 days after the pass ends, then the tank and its fish are permanently removed. Reef Plus tanks are kept as long as you're subscribed. Free tanks are temporary — they aren't saved long-term.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, anytime, from your account — no questions asked.
